Natasha Chambers
Natasha Chambers (1977-) is a British artist and designer based in New York.
Inspired by global travel around Europe, Asia and Central America her work is imbued by the natural environments she loves to visit – the trees, the skies, the animals and seas. Like a Bauer bird, she collects from all these places – building an archive of imagery and memories that will at some point become infused in the work.
Whether she is working in an analog or digital format, one of the many attractions of Natasha’s work is its confident illustrative foundation. This quality has meant she has worked in various different styles ranging from print to logo design – textile and design work for her own label Lissy Verkade and collaborations with other brands.
